Rules

1. The person responsible for the reservation guarantees the accuracy of the information furnished at the time of booking.

2. In the best interests of everyone, only the stipulated number of guests may sleep in each house.

3. At absolutely no time may guests cause a nuisance to their neighbours, through noise or other activities.

4. LCDLC are situated in an exceptional natural setting. For this reason we ask you to show maximum respect for nature, to waste neither energy nor water and to avoid causing any damage to the environment.

5. It is not permitted to light fires, to cut branches or flowers or to annoy, catch or kill any animals.

6. Pets are not allowed to enter the houses. Within the precincts of the area, dogs must be kept on a leash. The dog’s owners must collect its excrement and must prevent it from causing any nuisance to guests or to the fauna of the area.

7. On the final day of their stay guests must make every effort to leave their house clean and in good condition. The person responsible for the reservation will be obliged to pay for any damage caused to the house during their stay.

8. The Management reserves the right of admission as well as of expulsion, in the case of inappropriate behavior or for any breach of these rules.

THE STAY IN LAS CASAS DE LA CASCADA-THE WATERFALL HOUSES WILL CARRY THE AGREEMENT WITH THE RULES. THIS IMPLIES THAT THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BOOKING WILL HAVE TO SIGN THIS DOCUMENT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
